Refund Policy
Simple and fair. Here’s how refunds work with Shelfinder.
1. Try Before You Buy
Shelfinder offers a free version so you can evaluate the app before purchasing a license. We encourage all users to test the free version to ensure compatibility with their system and workflow.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are handled directly by Shelfinder and may be requested within 14 days of purchase. To qualify, you must provide your purchase email and order ID, and the request must comply with this policy.
3. Fraud and Abuse
Refunds are not available in cases of fraud, chargeback abuse, or misuse of the product. Shelfinder reserves the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of repeated refund behavior or license tampering.
4. Taxes
Applicable taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing information. If you are eligible for tax exemption, you may contact us within 60 days of purchase with valid documentation for review.
5. Technical Issues
If technical issues prevent proper activation or use of Shelfinder, contact our support team. We’ll work to resolve the problem or, if unresolved, issue a refund within the eligible timeframe.
6. Requesting a Refund
Email support@shelfinder.com with your purchase email and order ID. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe.
7. Legal Information
Shelfinder is developed and operated by Ariel Marques. All payments are securely processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe does not manage refunds or provide customer support for purchases made through Shelfinder.
