These Terms govern your use of Shelfinder, a macOS app developed and operated by Ariel Marques.

1. App Usage

Shelfinder is a desktop utility for macOS that adds a floating shelf beside Finder to speed up drag & drop. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Shelfinder supports macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later.

2. Product Versions

Shelfinder offers a free version with limited features and a Pro license available through a one-time purchase. Pricing may change at any time.

3. Licensing & Activation

Licenses are personal, tied to your email, and non-transferable. Activation occurs locally on your device; Shelfinder does not transmit file contents to external servers.

4. Sales & Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Shelfinder remains the seller and is responsible for fulfilling the order, providing support, and handling refunds. Stripe acts solely as our payment processor and does not set prices or manage customer relationships.

5. Payment, Taxes & Refunds

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are calculated based on your billing information and may vary by region. Transactions are handled by Stripe in compliance with local regulations.

If delivery is prevented by technical issues, remedies may include replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds are handled directly by Shelfinder and may be denied in cases of fraud, misuse, or excessive requests.

6. Privacy

Shelfinder does not collect clipboard or file contents or transmit them to external servers. For details on how we process personal information, please read our Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications
